Default No Trunk Latch?

Ive had my car for about a month and my dumb self just noticed I cant open the trunk from inside the car! Why didnt they put something for me to open the trunk from inside the car without having to use the remote. Unless im missing something I dont like that at all

All you have to do is press the trunk release button on the key fob...Ford didn't put a trunk release in the car to prevent people from getting into your trunk easily.

LOL, my salesman went over that with me like it was a big feature of the car...i'm like "dude, if i'm trapped in my trunk I've probably got bigger problems then just getting out."
