Washed the car on Sunday and one of the bottom stripes is starting to peel. I want to pull them off, hubby likes them but told me to do whatever I wanted - quote - it's my car. So does that mean I can go and order all the stuff I want to add on to it? LOL -j/k

But seriously, I don't know whether to pull them off or leave them on. Eventually I want to get stripes painted on (we have a friend who has a custom shop) and he will paint them for me because he said "vinyl is for floors." I wasn't sure if the stripe on the bottom plus the painted stripes would be too much stripage...

My car came with the factory side stripes, I had those taken off. Not my red stripes.

 

are you still liking ur red stripes? I'm thinking about getting some red ones for my white vert but worried they might not last very long. I'd definately get them if they lasted 3 or so years at least and in good shape

 

I love them, and they are doing great. Though my car is garage kept which will help them last long.

 

my dad has been wanting me to put red stripes on for a long time.. but im not a fan of vinyl and i dont want to pay the price for paint lol
