cams are actually just south of 7 hours of labor, plus the regrinding or new cams, actually a very expensive bolt on. Not to mention all the special tools required (i luckily have them).

listen you can get the non-intercooled vortech supercharger... which wil put you at about like 225-235 rwhp depending on the tuner.. but honestly...
i sure hope you can get mor than 225 rwhp. you can get 210-230 from bolt ons lol
No one that I'm aware of has come any where near 230 RWHP with just bolt on... LOL

+1 .... Sonicblue05, you sure you didnt mean 225-230 at the flywheel?!?!?!?..... cause 225 - 235 rwhp would put you at about 285 at the crank.. which the non-intercooled version of the vortech supercharger does...

Aaaah, what you need my friend is the electric supercharger!!! For only 85 bucks you too can have an SC on your ride!! Check it out:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ELECT...spagenameZWDVW

And if anyone on this forum buys one of these things we will all snub you as a fool forever

actually 285 at flywheel would be closer to 250rwhp. with a 12% loss on a manual.

scrming. im talking about manual and the 210 was what i meant. the 230 was exagerated LOL. and i havent seen it either but im certain it can be done.
185 baseline
10 muffler (17 for aeroturbine says you LOL)
15 cai and tune
thats 210 which is more realistic.
maybe with a cam you could get 230?

Yes indeedy, it's a classic example of the "there's one born every minute" sales mentality!! It is no doubt just as effective as that little gizmo that you can buy for 10 bucks that will double your gas mileage, or those pills that will help you "lose weight while you sleep"- haha!
