Kricer... I just ordered the C&L and SCT from Evolution. Great service, he is shipping out the same day. And GREAT price. I got the C&L and SCT with 3 tunes for $565. The C&L's are on back order, so I am getting a 93 stock, 93 C&L and 91 C&L tunes.

I'll let everybody know how it works, then we'll see if it's "my loss" for not waiting a month to hear from Bamachips.

I had a little problem at first too with Doug answering and found out that he was having problems with his e-mail. He was very apologetic and very helpful, calling me in person. Three days later I recieved my tuner and CAI. Every vendor has problems from time to time but the real good ones correct their mistakes and satisfy the customer. After seeing the difference in performance I wouldn't go anywhere else...and no I don't own any stock in Bamachips.

Doug , is only one man. He works a full time job. Bamachips is getting bigger by the day. I agree that it is your loss for not waiting on an e mail reply. There are alternatives to any parts or equipment you may want for your car. You should not be ripping on a man who bends over backwards to help his cutomers. I understand your frustration in not getting a reply in what you deem "a timely manner". You should know that in your rush to judge the man, you have done disservice to yourself and any other potential customers that may be looking to Bamachips for some of the best tunes in the country. Doug is one of the finest business men I have EVER had the pleasure to deal with, he genuinely cares about his customers. The next time you are frustrated about a business, especially one that has as MANY loyal customers as Doug has, please find out all the facts first, it will go along way toward your credibility. And no I don't own stock in Bamachips either, but I do know the man personally.
