Would this help the "rolling" of the vert? If so I think it would be a great mod for verts.

+1 on both questions about the intake and using that on the vert!!

Did you need a tune for the intake?

The CAI is AEM's Brute Force. The older version of the intake with the oiled gauze filter did not require a tune. The new oil-free dry filter does need to be tuned.

As for using the strut tower brace on the verts.......sure you can put it on there....but to address the question of if it will help body roll.....I think it helps solidify the front end...BUT I think sway bars are probably the best bet to help with body roll initially.

I put one of the Blue Oval strut tower braces on my stang, didn't touch the intake, just the hood ! Had to take it off, and put each end under a heavy pallet and straighten it out to lower it some, still got clearance from the intake, and not touch the hood liner. Better check it out, I only noticed it because it left a crease in my hood liner, and then when I was looking down the hood, with it closed, I notice it was causing a slight bulge in the hood when it was closed. Put some talc powder on it and close the hood, then open the hood, if you see the talc powder on the hood liner, you might have a problem. I called Blue Oval about it and they said they would send me another, but I told them not to bother, I'd fixed it with by slightly straightening each bend a few degrees.

I did notice a difference in handling. As expected, a strut tower brace will increase understeer. Like they say, you can ride a mustang, but you can't tame one.
