so im figuring out what to do to my car and i was considering stripes but i have the mineral grey and its kind of a tough color .. what would look best on it ?

 

black looks good on gray and so does white. are your mustang stripes white?

 

I hear ya. Got the satin silver and I'm going with black gloss. It picks up
the rocker, board, grill,etc.
check the net for pics of grey w/stripes. black or white is probably
best. Anything else will probably not contrast that well. my 2 cents.

I would match the factory color.

 

tan? damm. tough match.
You can remove the tan (if not painted on!) and buy white or black rocker panel decals
on ebay or elsewhere for about $30-$50. Easy to apply.
If you love tan, check baltimore street mods, or other graphic places.
someone posted that baltimore did not have great customer service.

do u think tan striped would look bad ? i think black might look best but its such a hassle to change the tan i already have on it =\

 

No I don`t think tan would look bad, unique yes, your car probably the only one, go for it.

 

What color is your interior? Maybe take off the factory stripes and just go with the center stripes; I don't like the factory side stripes anyway, if you want stripes on the side I don't think they should say "Mustang" they should just be soild. IMO
