Is that for the Manual Trans? I called ford and the mechanic said 5 Litres would be enough

From my old mechanics days we beleived flushing manual trans fluid is a waste of money as long as you change it regularly. I can see the benefit of flushing Auto since most of the fluid is stuck in torque converter and cooling lines but for Manual, you get most of it if you just drain it. I also jacked my car on the driver side while draining to get as much out as possible. To fill manual, you can get a special plustic pump from Kragen that sells for 6.99 and can be screwed on to any quart bottle. Easy fill.
