Ok, doing serious mods to a car is something I am a newb at so excuse me (my last car was a 1993 honda accord.....with the fart can, hey your only 16 once right?) I want to get new rims and I want to lower the car, Can some1 please tell me everythign I need to buy and do to lower it? Like seriously from sitting online to actually putting them on, I need the steps....also should i lower the car before or after the rims?
