Oh it gets better! I go to ship it using the address that I printed off Alternative Auto Perfromance's website and the mothertrucking UPS computer said that the address does not exist. I know it does, you know it does. I checked the box it came from, guess what? Same flipping address. F'em I will just ship it FEDEX then.

I am going to go ride my Harley now, I need some major CYCLE-THERAPY.

I feel for ya man! I know too well what it's like to wait, wait, wait for something (even if it's not that long...if it's something you really want, two minutes is a long time) and get a "dud." Best of luck with the next one.
+1, i totlally agree with you on that.

a while back i turned up my shift pressure 10% and about i month later i decided i wanted to turn the pressure back to stock and it didnt change the pressure. it started increasing by itself every ride i took, and then i tried re tuning the pressure back again and same thing happened so i had to drive all the way to JBA and ask what to do. and they said to tune the whole car back to stock tune and wait for about 30 drive cycles. I ended up driving around stock for a whole month but it worked . and ive had no problems since.

Sorry to hear about your problems. On a positive note, your Pony should run better than it ever has once you get your replacement tuner!

Dude that sucks major ones...If it makes you feel any better though I heard UPS is going out of business and an employee was caught at XCAL that had really escaped from jail in the hopes he could build tuners. Well they caught him and flogged him with bullwhips until he fessed up! Then they beat him with cat o nine tails just for kicks! Turns out the tuners that do what YOURS did, well, HE made them!! So your good man! All is right with the world again

Just kidding for any of those who are gullible like myself that would have called UPS and asked "I just heard you are going out of business!?!?!?"

I have a similar problem on my Expedition - completely sucks! A new programmer is supposed to show up any minute now, though (UPS too - LOL).

One thing you do, just to eliminate EVERY possible cause, is to check all your fuses. Since it lights-up though, that's probably not it.
