RE: a new look??
Scrming, that hood scoop is frickin' awesome. What brand is that?

I was concerned about the law enforcement officers when we tinted mine.. I've had numerous cop car drive past me with no issues... I was even more concerned about the headlights being tinted.. but again, the cops don't give it a second look... Thing with the tinted overlays... your tailight still looks stock... it doesn't look as obvious as covers... Cassie from MRT has both the taillight and headlight tint on her V6 and has not had an issue either...

i say go smoked wheels (dark grey, not too flashy) something like this:
http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Displ...t+Grey+Painted
or if your looking for a different look, go for the white version and get white racing stripes
http://www.tirerack.com/servlet/Call...=White+Painted
i like the idea of smoked tail lights, but most cops dont, just as a heads up. They are legal in some states... you might want to do some research in that field

From the MRT website: The Interceptor hood scoop is not for the shy and timid - if you've got what it takes, this scoop is for you!

RE: a new look??
Hey guys!
I tried to look up Cabon Fiber covers. I had a set on my 1995 Mustang. (headlights) From a distance, they look blacked out. Up close, they are tiny black dots. They allow more light through. I never had a prob with the police. (Oh, it was a 3.8 liter too. DOG MOTOR)
Anyway, I could not find an application for 2005-05 stangs searching on Google. Only up to 2004. GTS is the brand I had. If I can find pics (ex wife has them) I'll post em.

I for one think it would look pretty sweet. Kind of like a Knight Rider look. Very cool IMHO

Kmight rider is the exact opposite of sweet.
contrast, man, contrast. it's a car not a batsuit
