CAI and sound quality

RE: CAI and sound quality
Find somebody else to change your oil, and if you have to take the car back into the dealer, spend the 30 minutes installing the old air box. No matter what your dealer tells you by word of mouth, if you blow your engine or have any trouble in the drivetrain, you may find them singing a different tune. For large expenses, the factory can get involved, and if they send a field guy out and he sees a CAI, you're toast.

Warranties are very short-lived. At my current driving rate, my drivetrain warranty will expire within just 4 years, and my bumper-to-bumper warranty will expire in just over 2 years. Since I haven't had any issues within the first three months of ownership, odds are I won't be relying on the warranty for anything major. So don't worry if Big Brother is watching you... enjoy your car!
