If you are still reading this post,

If you are using Windows XP there is a little utility called image resizer, it is free and to use you simply right-click on the image icon and choose resize, from there just choose the size and it will resize it for you.....

Here is the link to the microsoft tool....

Also I actually KNOW one of you and I was hoping that once he saw my picture in the avatar he would say something but nothing yet
