Hi To All,
I have an Aux plug-in question. I am trying to plug an iPod into my 2005 v6 mustang, lime green , and well I cannot find the Aux plug. I called Ford's customer service and they did not have a picture large enough to see of the radio console and dash board area.
If you know if the 2005 V6 has an aux plug in, please let me know. If it does not, does anyone know of the best way to set an iPod up in the car? A recent purchase of an fm transmitter has turned out to be a mistake in my area. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

There is not one on the unit. It has to be purchased and installed seperately. I'll try to dig up a part number for you, but knowing these folks, someone will beat me to it.

I have a related question to this too (Don't mean to hijack). I've got a Shaker 1000 and I want to do the same thing...The dealer told me there is an AUX input in back of the head unit....Is it some special type of port or is it a set of RCA ports?

its a special plug like the tv arial one but with lots of small pins.. like a non usb Mouse plug for a computer, it then hangs out of the dash with a headphone jack to plug ur accererie into... MOST audi stores / walmart should carry them
