I think it depends on the your color scheme and what you are doing with the car. For example, a blue car with silver stripes...the autobadges emblems would go better being brushed and all. I had both on my car, and I did not like the finish/quality of them. I then get the V6mustangstuff badges and the finish was more OEM, and had the red dot that went well with my stripes. I put one on my deck lid here:

I got them here. I figured out how to measure them thanks to TJ06 who measured his on his pony package stang and posted them.
