Ours has 1,600 miles on it. And is getting 18.9 city and 26 hwy. You need to get 3,000 miles on it to tell really how the mpg will be on it. And all cars and trucks are not the same. My fathers 97 Ram 4x4 SLT. With a 5.9 would get 19.6 mpg, pulling a 17 foot boat with the air on. His 2000 Ram the same 4x4 SLT 5.9. Only gets 15.6 mpg not pulling anything and no air. Same dam truck and options and gets 5 mpg less on the hwy.
I'm at 16.9 CITY. No highway miles to speak of (Delaware only has about 45 miles of Interstate highways!). Wish I did better in MPG, but my foot is pretty heavy.
Well you all have really nice MPGs so why am I getting less than 15? and less than 12 when my wife drives? I don't go crazy when I drive, I drive just like any other normal person would.
