When lowering my car other than the springs what else will I need to do...............or buy

You will need to get an alignment. Other than that you are good to go.

+1 - assuming you have a spring compressor for the struts if you're lowering the front.

spring compressor? I just got the eibach lowering springs and that was all.

u need a compressor if you ar installing it your self it holds the spring down because if u try to do it with ur hand its gonnna kaboom into your face and you gonna get injured bad
