Noise from trunck or back left side

RE: Noise from trunck or back left side
I had this happen with my car a while back. It sounded almost like a metalic scraping. After 3 trips to the dealership, they figured out it was the E-brake cable rubbing against the driveshaft. So if you're still under warranty, try bringing it into the dealership and seeing if they can find it.

I don't mind hands on....
FYI I bench 230 ..... Looks are deceiving.
I will take a look at this E brake cable, I am thinking that it is inside a steel jacket and that would produce the kind of rattle that I am talking about.
Thanks

Where are these screws you speak of that comes out? Mine does it also, almost to the exact description she is giving, but I didn't start noticing mine until I installed my Aeroturbine Exhaust, one thing I did notice though when i'm at a red light the vibrating is still going because im on the break, if I put it in park the vibrating stops, but the moment I put it in D again and press on the break, once more is starts to rattle.

And yeah a cable inside a harder metal conduit would make a rattle but only if the cable is loose. If yours is loose thats not good, especially if you ever have to use your Ebrake because it could fail and then .. well... bye bye Stang. This also depends on whether you have a manual or auto, from what I hear not many auto people use the Ebrake at all.. although the manual people do, so obviously if you have a manual this is more important. I must be one of the rare Ebrake using auto drivers because I pull mine every time I park at home (my driveway just happens to be on a 20 degree hill with a river at the bottom of it. I have grown attached to my Stang and dont think she is ready for swimming lessons.)
O and if you have a rattle that started after you installed your exhaust it is most likely the metal hanger rattling against the frame, you should check where the hanger is held into the rubber grommet and make sure its not touching any other metal.
