How do you get the stok cd player out

I saw the guys at the stereo shop do it and they had to take the whole dash apart.

lisa, quick question. Is that alpine unit you have one of those in dash touch screens or is a single din unit? I'm looking to get a double din touchscreen but dont want to shell out the ridiculous price for the pioneer units.
