the v6 has a t5 transmission right? so can i put a pro 5.0 in?

Short answer?
No.
Look at the mount on that unit, compared to the one beneath it - ours is similar to the second picture, except that the long arm that projects off to the left is straight(er)
The description for that one says that it will fit '94 - '04 V6 mustangs.
