PHP did a 13.9 with no boost and no bottle. Granted it was heavily reduced in weight, no a/c, slicks, skinnies, etc....

Those lawnmower things....yes they are real.
Theres a site that sells a bunch of them...stuff like Toasters and computers and whatnot..Cant remember where it is though....
