Ok... i dont think that this has been covered yet. I know that the X-Charger will have a CA-Spec kit but does anyone know if ther will be any other chargers that will be CA Legal? also What Makes a car not become legal... i mean does it have something to do with the gases comming from the exhaust. i just dont understand.

the vortech one says its cal illegal in the website but if you call they say its carb exempt so it should be legal and prochargers say the p1sc is 50 state legal

the vortech/procharger/xcharger are all 50state legal (with the respective version of the kit) the turbo kit is not.

on the vortech web site it says that you can only 50 state legal for race vehicles in califonia

Thanks... i went to Big Sur and parked in a turnout. then when i got home i took the pic into photoshop and put a glow on the background. you cant tell because it was foggy but the ocean was about 250-300 feet down from that cliff
