Default Anybody installed a Moonroof in their 'stang?

I did a search and didn't come up with anything. I am just not a convertible lover. It's not for me. But every vehicle I've ever driven had a moonroof in it and I WANT ONE in my stang. Is that just stang-lover taboo?? Pics of any if you have 'em?? I already have a place to do one for me if I go for it, they installed an after-market one in my last vehicle and I drove it for 5 years without a single leak or problem with it, so they're GOOD and reliable.

Mustangs roofline is too short for a moon roof. Sun roof might work but not the same thing

They've already told me they could do it....I just have to hand over the keys. But wanted to see one maybe that already had one or talk to someone that did? So it's not too short apparently. They did tell me it's a smaller moonroof than the standard size because of the size of the roof.

good point. But small to me would be better than none. I feel claustrophobic in the car now because there's no light above me like I'm used to.

Try this post, there's pics, then maybe pm McBudd; I like his sunroof. He seems to be a real helpful guy so you might get some good ideas from him:

Hope this helps.

Isn't that a little dangerous? And will they allow that at the track?

Holy crud, that glassback roof is DA BOMB!!! I'm sure it's not in my price range though and it doesn't look like it's available to order anyway, oh well.

BlueStang6 thanks for posting that link! I SWEAR I searched for 'sunroof' 'moonroof' and even just 'roof' but must have done something wrong to not find that thread. That is EXACTLY what I'd be getting if I go for it (and I'm thinking I probably will!) And lucky for me my costs including install are only $950! YEA!

Thanks for the help tracking down some info!
