OK so here's my problem. The center cap with the tribar and pony on the steering wheel is falling apart. More specifically, the chrome on the center cap is flaking off! But the thing of it is, I have NEVER touched the center cap. WTF? Anybody else have this problem? can i take it to the dealer and have it replaced under warrenty? thanks guys and girls!

yea i got the same problem and they wouldnt give me a free one and said 70 bucks for a new one. so ill just leave it

I've noticed little white spots starting to form. Maybe it's in the "pre-flake" stage.

Same happening here. I thought that it was just a manufacture flaw until I read this thread.
Can't really see it unless you know what to look for, then it just stands out. My Pony has spots all
over it.

Mine's doing the white spots thing too. I'm afraid that if I get a new one, it'll just do the same thing. Maybe we need to come up with a different part that will fit there.
