Well if your looking for a good sound then you would wanna upgrade the cd player, thats gonna make more difference then the speakers. But better speakers will make a difference. Pioneer, Alpine, Infinity, JBL those are some good speakers. Go to www.crutchfield.com then go to "find what fits my car" and look through what speakers you like itll tell you where they fit where the door or the rear deck.

Theyre seperate you wouldnt have to do anything to the subs. Its just like the factory speakers all you do is hook them up in factory location and itll just sound different no messing with the subs or anything else. I had mine new speakers installed last nite and all we had to do was change out the factories for the new ones didnt take very long.

The guys where I work at are always talking about how awsome Kicker Speakers are and were really excited when we started carrying them. When I decide to get new ones in mine I think I am going with them. I was in the sound room listening to them and they pretty much kicked major butt.

I replace my stock rear desk speakers with a pair of kicker... very nice!

I'm going to buy from Crutchfield the Pioneer TS-A6871Rs to replace all four on the standard CD player.
I really like the clean factory look so I'm going to keep the stock H/U and just get the PIE aux input.
