i was wondering how much power the shaker system for the v6 would give us? i think its the coolest mod and i want to know if it is worth 750 bucks

 

Where did you see the shaker system that fits a V6 for $750? I thought they were over $850 and were only available for a GT.

 

fang is the only one ive seen for 1275 with a hood, the 750 dollar one is the cdc for the gt

CDC had their V6 shaker system on display at the Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit in August down in Mustang Alley. It looks sweet by the way. They havnt released a specific date for availability, but I would bet if you called them, they could give you more info on it and when you can get one. I am also curious as to any potential gains. I am trying to decide if I wanna get a CAI / tuner combo now, or just get a tuner and wait a bit to get the shaker hood system. It definitely looks cool!

when i was test driving a mach 1 the guy said it added like 50 hp...but car salesmen always lie

 

mayb it does. old stock gt had 260, mach 1 had 310. Maybe im wrong, but ford did do more tweaking i bet. Some kid at my school a couple years ago had one!! WTF, no one cares about that, yet i have a v6 and they're all a** holes
