would have to fab somethin gup but i think it should they have a v6 version seems to be the same unit but that is only the unit you need probably 2k more to make a kit to make it work

tune is needed install wouldbe between 700-1200 and the other parts neccasary to make that one work would be 2-3k. Better off just getting a procharger or vortech. Or when the xcharger comes out you should be able to install it yourself

Probably not, but Paxton has been making superchargers for a long time and they are good products. Shelby has had Paxton design a supercharger just for the 2V 4.0L V6. The entire kit including the intercooler is right at $4500, but that's in the ballpark with the other S/Cs on the market.
