Default Another X Charger thread

What are the max. numbers i can get out of the x charger with a good tune? Pulley change be ok?

while still maintaining xcharger reliability, i'd say in the 280 range. if you are looking for peak numbers and high hp go turbo, if you are looking for a SICK torque curve, go xcharger. that xcharger torque is so amazing.

would an x charger be better for open road driving, and a turbo for track??.. why would somone buy an xcharger over say a vortech sc.... or one of the turbo systems???

if you want low end punch and hardcore acceleration in 1st and second, the xcharger is exactly what you want. Plus its an install you can do yourself and not too expensive. overall a vortech or turbo will have more track potential, but if you aren't going to the track much or at all the xcharger is a great buy.

our numbers are growing . basicly if you want sex and fun and good looks go X if you just want sex go with the others. i cant tell you how many people at shows think the car came stock with my X. it looks that good oh yea and did i say it kicks ars too!. if your gona be a track junkie go something else. if you want to have fun at the track and DD go X. bla bla bla. its fun thats all i can say. and the power band is so smooth i even trust my 18 year old driving it.

I have googled X-Charger but can't find anything on the 4.0L model. Who sells it and what does it cost? I won't be doing it anytime soon but would like to have the info for the future.

Numbers are not as high as I hoped for but it will be probably be a bit higher since i have a stick. So now it is as fast as a stock Gt, correct?
