We have what is called an "open rear end"
This is normal. The tire with traction grips, the other one, doesnt.
The right rear spins because there's no weight on it.

You can get an LSD like a Detroit TrueTrac or Ford Trac-Lok, the Trac-Lok I've seen for $199 from v6mustangstuff.com. Installation varies, I've read here that people have had the Trac-Lok + new set of gears + installation for around $500-900, depending where you go.

Its all about marketing. Another reason to buy a GT.
Look at it this way..The ford fusion with a v6 (which is a step up from the I4) has dual exhaust., Yet our V6's dont.
Ford will put better features on the upper level cars as another incentive tobuy them. The GT has a LSD.
Get what I'm saying?
