You weren't very detailed in exactly what your car is doing. It could be related to the car needing to relearn the drive-by-wire aspect of the gas pedal. Here's a link -

Hope this helps!

Craezjo, when you say "i tried to tune it", exactly what do you mean? Which tuner are you using, and who did you get it from?

Ok, that answered my questions. Try reloading the stock tune from the SCT and see if your problem corrects. If not, remove the CAI and reinstall the stock intake and see if that fixes it. Assuming it does, then load the tune and see what happens. If all is well, try installing the CAI again and see what happens. Theoretically the problem should reoccur at this point. This sequence should let you determine where the problem is, CAI or tune. Depending on where your problem shows up, contact the appropriate manufacturer and see what they can do.

I don't really know much about this topic, but if all else fails try to take off the negative battery cable for a few min to shut the computer down. Then put it back on and try to load the stock tune. Might have just bugged the computer I don't really know.

i also had the gms 70mm throttle body put in too so i think it might be the throttle body and i think i also blew the pcm. i think i just have to re adjust the springs in the throttle body. i heard that people have been havin problems with the throttle body and cant get it to work right. im hoping its just the throttle body though, but i drove it about 3 blocks without any tune with the bigger throttle and cai then i tried to tune it and thats when the car went into that "limp-home" mode.

you said you loaded the tune and then press the pedal. Was the car on (engine running) when you loaded the tune?
