Well, Ranebowcyxx came over to hang out at my place…..and he made the mistake of letting me drive his 12 second Procharger stang!!!! After driving this car, I felt it deserves a write up.

Well, he pulls over, gets out and goes “your turn”. Didn’t have to ask me twice. LOL. Ok, so we pull out a housing development, I wait for all the cars to pass and get on the car hard onto the main drag.

HOLY CRAP. Car pulls hard, breaks loose and fishtails into the lane. RB6 had to grab the “oh ****” bar. LOL. So, that got the heart pumping.

So, find another area to get on the car with no cars around…….I was thoroughly impressed. Getting to boost takes no time, and this car pulls…..and pulls and pulls…….I look down and I’m approaching 90MPH….with boost left to go. Holy ****!

So, final test, stop light fun. No cars next to me, no cars ahead of me. Let’s see how hard I can launch…..

Power brake to 1800…….and take off hard!!! Screw 1500 LOL. Chirp…then chirp second and third snags nicely as well. WOW, I can feel 12’s in this car comparing her to my Stella.

Here’s the odd thing, RB6 launched at 1500 RPM on a track!!! I had no problem holding this car back on 1800….and think I could do 1900 to 2k at the track. I asked him to let me take her for a run on the track. LOL.

This is a solid 12 second car. I’m sure this is a 12.8 or 12.7 second car with some practice.

FI on these 4.0’s continues to put a smile on my face every time I am fortunate enough to test drive one. If you have the opportunity, I strongly recommend it. LOL.

Staying under boost was no problem. I did test that as well. I was able to stay under boost on regular driving so I'd imagine MPG was good.

He's an auto, which makes it more impressive. Stick guys once they learn to hook should have no problems getting into the 12's.

I hadn't checked in a while so I reset the trip computer before I left home, Rygen's house is about an hour and 15 minutes away, a lot of highway and I averaged 22 on the way there, he got like 2 MPG when he drove, LOL

I have an Auto with 3.31 gears, I think the gears help with the MPG, on the other my tune is way too fat, like around 10.1 at the tail pipes so anything approaching 20 is good.

How does the Procharger compare to the feel of the XCharger you tested recently? Boost comes on just as soon?
