Default New 4.10 Gears and Trac-Lock

I just got my car back today after 6 days. I was having the 4.10 Rear Axle Gear installed along with a Ford Racing traction lock. It runs really good and picks up much quicker but the RPM's suck on the high way. It's about 3,000 RPM's at 80 MPH so I might go with a 27 inch rear tire once I need them to help out a little bit. Other than the RPM's and gas mialage I love them because it feels like alot more torque! Thought I would make an update.

LoL, thanks man! 1st gear is almost a joke lol, it's kind of just to get going but I can start out in second if I want to lol. I was originally going to get 3.73's but my dad talked me into 4.10's. It's alot of fun but if it starts to suck really bad I'm deffinitly going to see about getting bigger tires on the rear. 3.73's might end up being better for F/I because I plan on supercharging her next year but I'll play it by ear and see what's up. You only live once right? I'm going to enjoy it as much as possible you know? Thanks again man I appreciate it!

whats the traction lock about?
its the LSD thats stock in the GT. the v6 7.5" rear doesnt come with one, so we have to add one if we want both rears to grip.

So your RPMs went up by 500...when I'm driving 80 its just under 2500, so 3000 doesen't seem that bad.....
