lol....well i mean i'm not too worried....like i'll just be around town. At most driving down the highway at like 50-60mph. I mean, it should drift more than normal but I'm not really worried about it going nuts you know. Like trying to pull Need for Speed style all day

yes i'm always coming up with bootleg things to do cuz i'm a college student that's broke lol.
But how broke are you going to be when it bust loose and you have to replace the whole rear end? If you are only driving it around town what would be the great benifit?

lol.....you do bring up a good point. I mean the people that this has happened to that I know of, nothing has happened to the rear end to blow it out. I will also be drag racing since I live 10 mins or so from atco raceway in atco, NJ.

Go on then, be the Rebel! Forget all these dreaded warnings of inevitable danger! The world will not stop turning! Be Free and Drift like you've never drifted before!

But just to be prepared in case of catstrophic failure, I'd have a couple bucks, buddies and beers around to change that thing out when she goes. You plan to change the way the rearend was designed to work and adding extremely High Heat and then torque to possibly tempered or hardened parts which "could" fail. You're not the first person to do it and you will not be the last.

Just try really hard not to be one of the people I've heard about, that have welded the gears in such a way that the vehicle would not move at all cause thats just dumb!
