Well last week i ordered the Jba's with the H pipe, BUT rpmoutlet sent me the Pypes with the X pipe instead. So im going to stick with the pypes and and I'll see how they work out for me.

Hey sixbanger, sorry it took me so long to get back to you.
Here are the clips of my pony with the Pypes stainless x pipe true duals and Violator mufflers.
Yes, it's strictly bolt on. Easy installation if you know what you're doing.
However, I welded the over axle pipes to the x pipe at the otherwise embutted joints that are connected, rather held together by a stainless strap that comes with the kit.
Not necessary to weld them though. Just my personal preference.
All hangers etc. are included in the kit.
Took me about 90 minutes to install.

I recently changed the Violators out for Flowmasters. Much quieter and no drone at all.

wolfey2k... I'm assuming those clips are with the pypes mufflers on? It sounds pretty good! I think I might order that entire pypes exhaust kit from v6mustangstuff.com..... the only thing is I only have about $450 to spend, so the GT bumper cover might have to wait... I hope it doesnt look dumb

Yes, as I explained in my previous post. The Violator Mufflers came with the pypes system and yes, they arethe ones you see and hearin the video clip. They do sound really nice. No doubt. I'll sell you mine if you want them. Perhaps you can purchase the pypes exhaust system minus the mufflers and save money that way. Maybe then you can afford the bumper cover too.
I think your duals will look just fine with a cut out on the drivers side.
For me, the idea of doing that was just not acceptable.
I wouldn't buy my cover from V6mustangstuff if I were you. They drop ship from an outside source in Indiana and the care they take the takeoffs really leaves much to be desired! I sent the first one I received back and had V6 have them rush me a replacement in a few days for no extra charge!
I settled for the first one they sent me though because the second one looked like they ripped it off a car, threw it on the floor and dragged it over to put it into the box! Arsholes!
If I had my druthers I would have sent the whole mess back to them and got my money back but I was out of time by then. The new cover looksperfect now though after I did some air brush touch up and buffed it out. I'll never buy anything from V6 again.
Also, you should have a look at rpmoutlet.com . They have very good pricing and very good customer service. Buy your bumper cover from someone else. I know there's another place comes highly recomended on this forum. I just don't remember who they are.

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately the pypes system without the mufflers is only about $80 cheaper- so I wouldnt really be saving a whole lot in the end after shipping. I'm just worried about those mufflers being obnoxiously loud! I cant tell from the videos- I mean I want it to sound good, but just not TOO loud ya know. I think for the time being I will just cut the bumper, then when I get the extra $250 order the GT bumper.

Well, I explained that too in my post in other words.
The pypes violator muffs' are going to be loud loud.
I mean everyone will hear you comin and goin!
You will hear an ear shaking drone at cruise under load that will make you nuts!
That's why I changed out to Flowmasters. They are quite a bit less loud and there is absolutely no drone whatsoever. They flow just as good as the violators without the unnecessaryloudness and drone.
I could stand even a bit quieter but they will do for now.
If you only have $450.00 to spend, I'd wait a while and save up some more bucks before getting into it.
You WILL spend more than that before you are finished even if you get the pypes without the muffs that come with them and purchase muffs' separately. Sorry to give you the bad news but that's the way it tiz.
Maybe, just maybe you might find someone to sell you the exhaust system and include Flowmasters with it. I haven't had to do such a search so I have no clue if that's even possible.
Good luck!

I think I'm going to go with the Dynomax true dual system from autopartswarehouse.com , I believe it is a better known brand than Pypes, and I have read some good things about it. A lot of people have said what you said about the Pypes, I dont want something extremely loud.
