Default 4:10 gears in automatic question

With the 4:10 gears in your automatic how many rpm do you run at say 60mph? I want to change the rear end gears and trying to decide between 3:73 and 4:10. I still want it drivable without running down the road at 3000rpm at 60.

I believe 3.73's will be like a 300rpm "ish" increase over the stock 3.27... 4.10's might be 500rpm "ish"
