Default Shaker hood systems?

Hey, I'm a big fan of the appearance of the shaker hood scoop systems. I've seen them out there for the 4.0 V6 from CDC and Cervini's, and I'm just wondering 1.) if there are any more makers out there that I don't know of, and 2.) which one would be the best choice for me.

Thanks for the help,

Pete

I installed the CDC shaker on mine and i also have a Vortech supercharger so i had to make some custom modifications to it but if your installing it on a stock air box it is a very easy install and it looks factory.

I thought you might want to see some pics of the CDC Shaker.

Man, that looks nice. Thanks for putting those up.

Question: How well does the opening around the scoop seal up? Do you notice a difference in the amount of dirt and debris under your hood compared to stock?

There is no seal,. water and dirt and dust gets under the hood. If you look close there is a gutter around the scoop in the plastic and there are four holes with rubber tubes underneath that directs the water out of the bootom of the engine compartment. I live on a dirt road so i spend alot of time cleaning the car anyway so to spray off the engine once in awhile don't bother me. As for the air to the blower, yes it helps alot, it's alway's pulling cool air from outside and the hole in the hood also keeps the engine compartment cooler.
