You could replace the front power seat with a manual unit (base Stang). You could remove your spare/jack and bring your AAA card and cell phone with you.

Anyone else?

I would think that removing the rear seat would help shed a couple of pounds. I know there are some rear seat delete kits out there, but I don't know anything about their quality. If you aren't concerned about the interior appearance, you may not even need one.

powerhouse driveshaft
lighter wheels (think about it, if a 15 inch that fits our brakes, then a lightweight wheel that's also smaller diameter will help you go fast)

I'm not sure I'd do this to a daily driver, but what about removing the metal bumpers behind the outer plastic ones? They gotta weight a bunch - just don't hit anyone.

I love the legal disclaimer^

+1 to replacing suspension parts with tubular pieces (not only are they lighter, they're much stronger than stock pieces as well)

You could...
1. go on a diet, become bolemic, or even try annarexia.
2. remove all your seats and strap in some milk crates. (very hot styling if the crates match the interior)
3. take all the glass out of your car and put nets in the doors. (Not D.O.T. legal, but who cares)
4. remove your exhaust and run open headers.( again Not D.O.T. legal, but it sure will sound like a beast)
5. remove all of your stereo equipment. (even the 300 lbs. of subs in the trunk)
6. trade your V6 in for a GT so you don't need to reduce the weight!
