Default Tunable Inductions V6 CAI + Tune

I was looking a the T.I. V6 CAI + Tune system and they are selling it for $200 delivered. They say it gives +18-22 rwhp and +20-22 rwtq. For $200 it sounds like a good deal. Has anyone had experience with these? Here is a link to their page http://tunableinduction.com/0506V6.htm
Thanks in advance

I'm pretty sure the $200 is just the CAI.. not the Tuner.. The CAI and tuner will cost more than $500.

Even at $500 it is a great deal. I love my TI CAI and XCAL set up. You won't regret it at all. Tunable inductions is a great company with the best customer service....good luck

I can't say enough good things about John Demolet and his system. You have to do a tune when you run the intake so plan on getting the intake and tuner together. John provides a tune for 87, 91, and 93 octane with the SCT Xcal2 as part of the package. You can also get the system paint matched to give a little more bling under the hood. Don;t know exact HP numbers that I gained from doing this mod, but the car definitely is definitely more responsive and peppier. It gets up and moves much better now and much less throttle lag. You wont regret this purchase!!

of course i assume that adding the cai/tune voids the warranty, but is there a way to put on the factory airbox and reflash the car when taking it in to the dealer should repairs be necessary? do any of you have experience with this?

ok when your 4.0L section loads you see a bunch of sticky's...look for the last stick called Tuners FAQ(read here before asking any questions about tuners)...click there and it will tell you all you need to know but in short,
no it will not void your warranty because the dealership can not prove that your aftermarket cai caused your transmission to go wacko...and yes before you got to your dealership just reflash your car to its regular programming, for more details do what I told you above...helps a lot

I asked my dealer if a CAI would void my warranty and he said no.That doesn't mean that I'm going to take it in to the shop with a custom tune loaded into the computer.

To void a warrenty they have to prove the CAI caused the problem you are getting fixed! Some dealers are better than other but check with your sales rep first!

@ Dean do you think you can make that pic a meg or two smaller????LOL
