Default just had 18" fanblades put on and gas mileage/accelaration seem to be suffering....

is there anyway to offset this? would adding cai/gt muffler counter balance the heavier wheels? i'm open to any suggestions that could help (within a reasonable price range of course).

**or what about this: Ring Gear and Pinion Gear 3.73/4.10 for 7.5in........?
would this help with the extra weight?

What size tire? The setting in your computer might be off.

My times did not suffer when i changed from 17 to the 18 inch fanblades. I was running 14.6 and after the headers and fanblades ran 14.5. Headers dont add much if any HP so the 18 inch didnt hurt much.....maybe its all in your head...did you run the car before and after on the track? The heavier weight of the wheels will hurt a bit but not enough that you would actually notice.
