Default How do you hold the wheel?

I remember being taught to keep both hands on the wheel at 10:00 - 2:00, except when shifting. In reality,my arms get tired, and I usually have my right arm down at the shifter, and my left elbow resting high on the door, at the bottom of the window. It's rather uncomfortable that way,so sometimes I put the left elbow down on the door handle and hold the wheel at the 8:00. I know I can't raise the seat, but are there any suggestions for more comfort?

When I drove a standard it was left @ 12 right on the shifter.. Now that I have an automatic [:'(]I normally only drive with my left hand, at like 10..

+1 to that. Holding the shifter feels comfortable and the balance feels right, especially when cornering. when I am lazy I sit back and just hold the bottom.

Like most people in phoenix. With my knee. Have one hand holding the cell phone and the other is messing with the radio. J/K usually have the left at 10 and the right on the shifter.
