I'd go with the C&L CAI & Tune package. I've seen people with the best power increase with that setup. And you can flash back if you're worried about warranty. Almost everyone's first mod here is either exhaust or CAI/tune. Your car will be just fine.

As far as exhaust, I think the Flowmasters are the most popular choice for a reason. People like the rumble and tone they get. Why don't I have them then? Well, because I'm just too damn picky I know Borlas are nice, loud and agressive (my personal favorite), but I don't think they really meet their potential with a single exhaust setup. You'd want to go duals for that. I think Magnaflows sound better on V8s too.

Small things you can add/change also would be spark plugs (Bosch Platinum), spark plug wires (MSD 9mm), Hurst Competition Short Throw Shifter, and even your tires. By adding more power, you may want to invest in newfront and rear swaybars for handling.
