anyone have info on headers, Im looking into getting the "MAC Performance 2005 Mustang V6 Shorty Headers" from v6mustangstuff.com

what kind of performance increases will I see, and do they change the sound of the car? and can they be used with single exhaust?

Yeah, it is usually less than 10 horse, but it does give the exhaust a little throatier note. And they are a pain in the ### to put on.

Im not going turbo, so would it still be a good idea, and do they give the car a much more muscular sound?

also can they be installed on single exhaust?

Basically if your gonna go with headers get the JBA's unless you want LT's then go with the macs and thats just because there the only ones that make em.
