Well i removed my cats and on friday im gonna be making my own homemade side exhaust setup no mugglers just sstraight from the headers the the tips and ill post some vids

yup, will sound even more like *** than my setup. the only redeeming factor about how ****ty my exhaust sounds, is that i can pull on a z06 lol

well besides the fact that taking off your cats is killing the environment, depending on where you live you may get screwed. here in cali, if you dont have cats, your SOL. it will add power and make it louder, but you may be better off with some hi flow cats

If you're in CA it's illegal.

I cut off the muffler and added a straight pipe and exhaust tip and it sounds good! ButI would never remove the cat. If you want real mean sounding exhaust, just get an offroad X pipe and go duals with straight pipes no muffs.
