in order to lemon law it. in florida,it has to be in and out of the dealership a minimum of 3 times with the same reoccurentproblem. the law varies from state to state.

taken from wikipedia:

Lemon laws are United States state laws that remedies to consumers for automobiles that repeatedly fail to meet certain standards of quality and performance. These vehicles are called lemons. The federal lemon law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects citizens of all states. State lemon laws vary by state and may not necessarily cover used or leased vehicles. The rights afforded to consumers by lemon laws may exceed the warranties expressed in purchase contracts. Lemon law is the common nickname for these laws, but each state has different names for the laws and acts.

+1 ... tell your dealer to shove it and go to a different one. I had to do that with my leak problem. Took them 3 times, but the new dealer finally got it sealed up, and it didnt take 3 weeks just to get an appointment.

It's your car, you dont owe the dealer anything.

You dump that much money into the car and put some time into it and now you want to lemon it because it breaks down once? I don't get it. I mean I feel bad for your problems about how does one thing get you to the point your sick of it?
Got to the dealer and take your share of the responsibility in this matter and get the ride fixed the way its supposed to be instead of dumping it off to some cause you feel like you don't want it.

Since you got it back and they told you it was your cut off switch has it crapped out again on you?
I bought my stang used but it was certified pre owned by Ford, I have made a few mods but don't want problems if I need service.
If I need service I should put the old Air Intake back in?
