T-Loc delivers power to both rear wheels instaed of just one. It really helps in a launch as it makes the *** of your car squat as your accelerating instead of becoming unstable to one side.
If your considering this do a gear upgrade as well I have 3.73's and I love them. Doesn't increase power both it increases how fast and well your power is delivered to the wheels. The best mod I think I have done so far....

with the 3.73 gears whats your top speed? and wont t-lock effect handling performance around corners? but also help with drifts if you feel like putting steel belted rubber on the ground?

ive hit 141mph with 3.73s (when i was n/a)

the tlok wont effect handling, as its limited slip, only providing power to both wheels when u need it.

I had a 86 GT and a 94GT that both had the stock Ford T-loc, and I really liked it. I didn't drag race, but did have to drive both of those in snow, and I think it made a big difference. It doesn't affect driveability at all - it's just there when you need it.

I actually think that it helps the handeling as it takes off equally now form both wheels. I too agree that is is the best mod money i"ve spent.
I went with the 3.37's.
