Thank u much for the help and suggestions- i think im decided on 3:73s- from what i was told before and now these comments- i also want to leave the door open for a supercharger but i was already planning on a tuner so not so worried about that. Sry to be a n00b and hafta ask but what is a t-lock- thats the think on the wheel right?

Yup,

It is a limited slip differential.

The right wheel starts to slip, the left wheel gets power.

MUCH better than the stock one-leg...

You don't get stuck in mud as often, traction in wet weather is 100% better.

There's a bunch of posts out there, including mine, on the details.

It is HIGHLY recommended if you change your gears (won't cost anything extra for the install either).

27500 RPMS?

What the heck are you running a TURBINE?

PS: 2,750 RPMs for me is 90...

the 4.10 with a blower thing is personal choice, i actually liked em on the dealer car i drove but then again that was a 25 minute drive, deff needed something better then stock rubber/suspention

also, if your supercharging, IMO, i would skip over the ford racing tlok and get something stronger like a detroit true trac LSD

I'm running a 25 3/4 tire/wheel set up so I'm at about 3.96 gear ratio so I'm happy with the 2750 (the 27500 was a type O....lol)
If I was at a true 27 1/2 tire it would be a 3.73 and then RPMS come down and so does the $$$ spent at the gas pump....

@mustangman THANKS man! But there are plenty automatic S/C'd people having great luck with the (in you oppinion) terrible 7.5 t-lok, The stick is a slightly different story. Not everyone has bad luck and the LSD or true trac and auburn aren't bullet proof either....

I was planning on going with the 3.73s but also with a T-Lock...but I am waiting to buy a Detroit also instead of the Ford
