Default GT Takeoffs, auto versus manual

What is the difference between theautomatic versus manualGT Takeoffs ???? I have read on these forums that the automatics are not as loud as the manuals.

Is the automatic a bigger muffler or is it more restrictive ???

I was almost ready to go to duals and now am considering the singleGT Takeoff instead. Will the GT Takeoff perform as well as the single magnaflow ?

Does anyone have the part numbers for manual versus auto takeoffs ?

I went with a single GT take-off and I love it. It was FREE and it sounds great . No Drone , No far can, No excessive noise to get pulled over for.
I did consider a dual set-up GT take-off's but after reading that the decrease in back pressure can cause low end torque loss I decided to stay with the single. I had an MRT on and took it off cause of noise, drone and I thought the car lost some low end.
You will be happy with the single take-off

there is absolutely no difference at all between the two....none whatsoever. whoever said one is louder than the other is listening too hard

I dont know that they are different, but in a post on this forum at least once I have read that they are different. I would like to know.

Also, where is the best place to buy a single GT Takeoff muffler for best price and shipping etc ???

There is a difference between the 2,they are 2 different part numbers, others who have had both say the manuals are louder than the manual one.

You think Ford is going to spend the extra cash to have different muffs for the auto and manual?
Don't think so.

But the ones marked manual I do like................
