Black Pony 4.0

I finally gave in....bought a Black 2007 with the Pony Package, leather, anti-lock and interior trim upgrade. I wound up paying $21,420 after various rebates and think I got a pretty good deal. Yeah,I considered the GT but my car packs a decent punch for much less dough andIlike the clean look of the Pony Package.

I looked at Mustangs for a couple of years before I bought one. My dad had a '67 fastback when I was growing up andI always loved that car. ( it was black as well )...so I guess the nostalgia bug got to me.

I've spent the last couple of days just browsing this site and looking at the various mods......seems there's a lot that can be done. I think the intake/exhaust might be my first project but I want to do my homework before I jump in.

For right now, I love it just the way it is.

Congrats on the purchase and welcome to the community. It is definitely a good idea to check out all of your options. There are a lot of great sponsers to check out, even if you're not ready to start modifications. The more knowledge you get ahead of time the better choice you'll make when it comes to getting the parts.

You have the same exact car as mine with the same options except mine doesn't have the stripes! I just hit 2100 miles! It has been a great car so far.Enjoy!
