Default First Dyno

Well I just got back from the dyno and was a little surprised at the numbers I put down. I was thinking I'd be somewhere in the high 170/ low 180's, but came in at a respectable 196 HP/ 220 Torque. Not too bad for a CAI and exhaust.

why is your torque curve's peak so early? it almost looks like you got an electric engine in there. normally there should be a climb to the peak, in this dyno it looks like all your torque came in at once.

Just the AEM Brute Force CAI and GT takeoff exhaust with H-pipe.

Not sure about the torque curve. Might just be where they started sampling from. you'll notice I was already at 3500 RPM.

just a brute force and dual exhaust h-pipe? wow, if this is accurate then i guess i will be saving my money and keep my AEM. looks like custom tunes is all i need. i was really debating on whether i should save for the C&L and then get custom tunes but i guess, based on your dyno, i can get my tunes right away.

Factor in a 10-15% driveline loss with a 5speed and you should be looking at 225 HP at the flywheel with a 15% loss give or take a few HP's. The tune would be very benefical with your set up. I would guess 10-15 HP.

Really off topic but are you from ohio or Idaho, the reason i ask is cause your plates look just like idahos? If you are from idaho which part i used to live in mountain home
