Default Take a step back

Alright, I apologize for the randomness of this, but, just felt like it had to be said. We all worry about the little things with our cars, take for instance, an annoying rattle, or a stained seat. I myself included. But sometimes, I think we need to come back to reality here and realize that, hey, at least we have a car. Beautiful ones at that. The reason I say this is because my best friend just had his brand new Cobalt SS, which was parked in the street, become the victim of an idiotic accident. A neon came around a turn speeding, wet road, and it slammed into a car, then rolled over onto the Cobalt Thankfully, the idiots in the neon were ok, but, my friends car is just completely in ruins. Hes had a bunch of (little) problems with it, and I ve come to the realization that, no matter how little the problem may be with your car, simply just enjoy it. Whether you bought it yourself, or your parents, or someone helped you out, just enjoy it, because you may not know how long its going to last

You know... people are shocked when I hand them the keys to the Mistress and ask them if they want to drive... They are like "aren't you worried?"... To which I always answer, "Why? It's fully insured." and sure I would be upset if something happened... but at the end of the day, it still is just a car...
