Well, I cant say for all of them, but I put on the Roush kit. My front end dropped 1" and the back 1.25" front camber was off by .75 degrees so i installed $30 camber bolts and had it aligned. The rear panhard adjustment was not needed as the rear axle actually centered on the car when i dropped it 1.25" thrust alignment verified it. heres a pic of the lowered results. Kinda hard to see couse of the shadows and lighting. I will add another pic when i get outside this AM
Ride has improved over stock, bumpier but smoother with much better recovery. I was worried about stock dampeners but they seem fine to me. can always upgrade later. Cornering is much flatter. Next suspension mod is a rear stabilizer bar like the Hellwig...

Mine are the Steeda Sport springs, with results very similar to billybix76. Quite a dramatic difference in handling, ride is good, not enough of a drop to call for extreme measures at dips and driveways, just ordinary caution plus a degree or two. Amazing what a tiny height adjustment does for the appearance!

I recommend getting the front and rear GT takeoff bars together. Best overall improvement. The rear only would work OK, but the pair transforms the car. Most takeoff sellers include all the required parts except nuts and bolts.
Most of the parts numbers on these pages are outdated, I think, but your Ford parts guy should be able to get you the right stuff in just a few minutes:

You'll need Numbers 1, 2, 3, and 6 on page two. Everything else should be in the "kit". It's possible to do it with hardware store parts, but genuine is safer.
I'd have stayed with the GT bars but my interest in autocross reignited, and the 19mm rear bar wasn't doing enough to eliminate understeer, so I got a 22mm one from ADDCO. It worked, but not quite enough. Now running a 26mm bar from H&R; it's a beauty, finish- and link-wise, and with the Steeda springs gives pretty much neutral steer until you ask for over- or under-steer, both of which are predictable and controllable. Stock struts and shocks are OK. Next move is to Tokico D-specs. Maybe a lower control arm relocater. We'll see.

cant go wrong with EIBACH theyre amazing, i got the Sportline springs which dropped the car 1.75 and 2.0 (front and rear) but the pro kit is what youre looking at. itll drop you right at 1.5 in at both ends. theyre sweet springs and they look AMAZING i have 20" wheels on my car with the low pros ofcourse, and the eibachs really set it off. but if you do go with the lower kit (sportline) you will want to gett some stiffer shocks and struts just so it doesnt bottom out. thats gonna be my next upgrade. OR if you have deep pockets and want a really nice project, go with the coil-overs from eibach, they adjust anywhere from 0.8 inches to 3.0 inches.
